Quicken not updating capital one
When you say more options, believe it or not, there is a Quicken option. A customer service rep will get on and admit that there is a problem. You can't speak to tech support and if you have cap 360 accounts, you will be transferred to customer service reps who have no idea that there is a problem. Theory says, that I have a ticket open in tech support land.
Previously, I held on to using Quicken because I have a long history with the product.They had me try deleting it from Quicken and adding it again. I’ve been a longtime user of the accounting program, as I’ve mentioned in my Quicken reviews.#1 PLEASE POST A KNOWN BUG NOTICE to the Quicken support staff so that customers and support won't waste time on this obvious issue. If you call the 2nd number, they will tell you there are no Quicken issues. #2 PLEASE POST A KNOWN BUG NOTICE in the product so customer frustration may be lessened as customers will know it's being worked on #3 PLEASE CORRECT THE ISSUE! If you call the 2nd number, they will tell you there are no Quicken issues. However, the first number (which does not work for capital 360... The balance changed to the correct amount and a slew of transactions downloaded but not the latest ones.
